American pitcher Kyle Hendricks, well known by the moniker “The Professor,” plays for the Major League Baseball (MLB) Chicago Cubs. In addition to leading MLB in earned run average for the 2016 season, he made his MLB debut in 2014. He was selected in the 39th round of the 2008 MLB Draft by the Los Angeles Angels, but he decided not to sign. Instead, he enrolled at Dartmouth College, where he was a member of the fraternity Beta Alpha Omega.<\/p>\n
