A number of former and present workers of Suns owner Mat Ishbia<\/a>‘s business, United Wholesale Mortgage, have accused it of having a “locker-room culture,” alleging of “racial disparities, sexual harassment, and bullying by managers.”<\/p>\n

Although “more than two dozen” former workers of the business have filed complaints, none of them allege that “Ishbia himself used racial slurs or sexually harassed employees.” Some said that “managers berated subordinates and made sexually suggestive remarks” and “contributed to what they described as a hostile workplace.”<\/p>\n

Only a few months have passed since Ishbia finalised the agreement to acquire the Suns and their Phoenix Mercury WNBA sister team from Robert Sarver, who was fired for identical actions.<\/p>\n
