He was 24. Haskins&#8217; death was directly caused by the truck driver&#8217;s &#8220;negligent acts,&#8221; according to the complaint, which also names him as a defendant.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Dwayne Haskins\u2019 attorney has filed a lawsuit one year after Haskins\u2019 death \u2014 based on previously unseen evidence.
