The toy campaign raised more than $4 million (\u00a33.3 million) in donations.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In 2020, Damar Hamlin started a GoFundMe to purchase toys for children in his community. CPR was administered, and his heartbeat was later revived. The Bills stated early on Tuesday that he was brought to the hospital for more tests and treatment and &#8220;is now sedated and listed in critical condition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In 2020, at the end of his final year at Pitt, Damar Hamlin organized a toy drive for kids in his hometown of McKees Rocks, Pa.
