American television host and sportscaster Charissa Thompson works for Fox Sports. Thompson has previously worked for Versus, GSN, ESPN, and the Big Ten Network. She and Marcellus Wiley co-hosted SportsNation until June 2013, when she left ESPN for Fox Sports. When the new Fox Sports 1 network debuted on August 17, 2013, she was named its host (the first day of Fox Sports 1). She also served as one of the Ultimate Beastmaster’s American hosts. Thompson served as a co-host of the syndicated entertainment news program Extra from 2014 until 2017.<\/p>\n
