It\u2019s heavy, I mean, it\u2019s really heavy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Watt, who was selected by the <a href=\"https:\/\/yebscore.com\/nfl\/nfl-team-detail\/HOU\/schedule\">Houston Texans<\/a> with the 11th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, played the game for 12 years with dedication before deciding to retire.<\/p>\n<p>Watt believes that putting his all into every day seemed like too much pressure, which likely contributed to his extreme exhaustion. In his next season, he turned the tables and dominated the league with 20.5 sacks. He was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year and an All-Pro.<\/p>\n<p>In 149 NFL games, he recorded 111.5 sacks and retired (still two to play this year).
