The Baltimore Ravens defeated the New England Patriots on Sunday, but they could have lost one of their top defensive linemen as a result of a terrible injury. It appears like one of the Ravens’ starting defensive linemen won’t be available.<\/p>\n

It’s possible that Michael Pierce’s first season back with the Ravens won’t last very long. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com<\/a>, the veteran nose tackle tore his biceps during the team’s victory in New England during Week 3.<\/p>\n

The Ravens are still considering their options and have not officially ruled Pierce out for the season. Five of the six NFL seasons Pierce, 29, has played have been in Baltimore.<\/p>\n
