What are QB Ratings in the NFL?<\/h2>\n

For the following reasons, the NFL, first standardised the current system for ranking NFL quarterbacks in 1973. According to NFL.com, an NFL QB rating is determined by adding the following four categories:<\/p>\n

  2. Average yards gained per attempt<\/li>\n
  3. Percentage of touchdown passes per attempt<\/li>\n

    Some believed that Baker Mayfield’s 2022 would be the year of the vengeance tour due to the offseason to recover and the new beginning in Carolina. For the former first-overall selection, that hasn’t been the case through three games. In fact, Baker now holds the lowest QBR among NFL starting quarterbacks three weeks into the season.<\/p>\n
