Michigan averages 53.5 points per game and J.J. McCarthy is starting, but they&#8217;ve allowed a fourth-quarter TD each week. In three games, the Huskies have 8 turnovers. This is close, but that&#8217;s many points.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick: Michigan wins 52-6 but FAILS TO COVER the spread.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oklahoma vs. Nebraska (-13.5) (12 p.m., FOX)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oklahoma&#8217;s interim coach Mickey Joseph takes over at Nebraska. The Huskers&#8217; 31.0 points per game defense won&#8217;t cut it against a Big 12 opponent. Geoff Collins&#8217; Yellow Jackets are 4-10 as home underdogs. It&#8217;s up a touchdown from the offseason. Zach Evans and Quinshod Judkins run well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick: Ole Miss wins 42-20 and COVERS the spread.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>22nd Penn State (-3) at Auburn (3:30 p.m., CBS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penn State must safeguard the ball at one of the SEC&#8217;s hardest road stadiums. Who&#8217;s your favorite quarterback? And Drew Allar? TJ Finley, Robby Ashford? Penn State&#8217;s last 10 games are 5-5, therefore it&#8217;s a coin flip. Joey McGuire&#8217;s Red Raiders are 2-0. Texas Tech has lost its last two games at Carter Finley Stadium by an average of 31.5 points per game.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick N.C. The Vols can score here, but the question is when with Florida on the schedule in Week 4. We&#8217;re comfortable as long as the Longhorns&#8217; spread stays under 14 points with Hudson Card at quarterback.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texas covers the spread 41-24.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Louisiana Tech at No. 5 Clemson (-33) ACC Network<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Tigers are favored against the Bulldogs, who will pass under new coach Sonny Cumbie.
