The 25-year-old Mitchell, one of the best scorers in the league, might elevate the Cavaliers, who won 44 games with a young core last season, to the top teams in the competitive Eastern Conference.<br \/>\nAll-Star point guard Darius Garland will team up with Mitchell, who scored 25.9 points per game last year.
