After an offseason marred by doubts about their young franchise quarterback Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals begin the 2022 campaign. The Cardinals had a difficult 2021 season; they faded after a strong start and were humiliated by the Rams in their wild-card playoff matchup.<\/p>\n

Arizona started the season 8-0, buoyed by the exploits of Kyler Murray<\/a> and a potent running attack that included James Conner<\/a> and do-it-all back Chase Edmonds.<\/p>\n

However, as the wounds knocked, they fell down. Maxx Williams<\/a>, Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, and J. J. Watt<\/a> all missed time due to injury, shattering the cohesion Kliff Kingsbury’s team had established during the first two months. Additionally, the Cardinals<\/a> will host the Saints on “Thursday Night Football” on Amazon Prime on October 20 and the New England Patriots on “Monday Night Football” on ESPN on December 12. This is in addition to the Nov. 21 Monday night matchup in Mexico versus the San Francisco 49ers, which was already confirmed.<\/p>\n
