Amanda Nunes has cemented her place as the greatest ever female MMA fighter of all time. Not only did she win a belt in two divisions, \u2018The Lioness\u2019 simultaneously defended both belts, against a number of elite competitors, including Cris Cyborg, who she knocked out inside one minute when the two faced each other at UFC 232.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, as most champions do, Nunes faced a major setback at UFC<\/a> 269 when she succumbed to a loss against Julianna Pena. This was her first loss in seven years and a fight not many expected her to lose. Following the loss, UFC President Dana White suggested that Nunes might have lost the fire she once had since she had achieved almost everything in the sport both financially and otherwise as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a recent interview with Marc Raimondi, Pena shared her thoughts on Dana White\u2019s recent comments. She said, <\/span>\u201cYou know I feel like sometimes Dana says something and people pick the little parts that is going to make him look bad. You know what he says sometimes, if you look in that way, yeah I got very comfortable and you wanna enjoy your life when you do all those things that I did.”\u00a0<\/span><\/i>
