Seeing such a brutally honest assessment is sure to move many MMA fans, and it is remarkable to see how far he has come in his UFC career.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAfter that [Holloway loss], I said, \u2018Oh, wow, there\u2019s \u2014 wrestling exists. Muay Thai exists,\u2019\u201d Ortega said. \u201cI know it sounds stupid, but I had no idea none of this existed. I was training in a garage. I would just hit the bag, do a couple mitts, lift some weights, wake up. Not have no nutrition, pre-workout for breakfast.
