UFC superstar Conor McGregor is inching ever so close to his return to action in the UFC. The Irish superstar has been out for almost a year now ever since he fractured his leg during his third fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July last year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Injuries such as the one McGregor sustained take a long time to heal which is why the former champion has been on the sidelines. However, given he is the highest-paid athlete in the sport and one of the highest-paid athletes in the world, he has the luxury of being able to afford the very best treatment in the world thanks to which \u2018The Notorious\u2019 has recovered at lightning-quick speed.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are a number of options for McGregor to choose from when he does decide to step into the octagon once again. One of those options is a fight against Jorge Masvidal<\/a>, who in a recent video issued a rather grim warning to McGregor and the idea of a fight between them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jorge Masvidal foresees a violent end to Conor McGregor if they fight each other in the UFC\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

He said, <\/span>\u201cThis year, guaranteed return, I don’t know the date yet. I think that with two fights I can be in contention for the title or in a title contender fight.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
