“He Can’t Just Please Us All and Build Us All Up”- Darren Till Defends Daniel Cormier as Scrutiny Increases Over ‘Biased Commentary’ Accusations

Daniel Cormier has spent the majority of his adult life dedicating himself to the sport of wrestling and consequently mixed martial arts. ‘DC’ entered the world of MMA after failing to win a medal at the 2008 Olympics games. However, in MMA and particularly in the UFC, Cormier has achieved unparalleled success.

Cormier won and defended the light heavyweight belt multiple times and is one of only four people to have actively held belts in two different weight classes. Towards the end of his fighting career, ‘DC’ also ventured into the world of commentating and is currently a permanent fixture alongside the likes of Joe Rogan and Jon Anik as color commentators for UFC events.

Over the past few weeks, there has been increased scrutiny on Daniel Cormier for being a biased commentator. The likes of Phil Hawes and Sean O’Malley, to name a few, have bashed the former champ-champ for favoring his fighters.

Darren Till lashes out at haters over Daniel Cormier

‘The Gorilla’ Darren Till took to Twitter to fend for Cormier as he hit out at haters. He said, “People need to understand that DC is now a commentator and analyst for mma, He’s going to say things us fighters don’t like… he can’t just please us all and build us all up, for example when he was giving me and khamzat shit over being best buddies etc… Imagine me getting all Sensitive and tweeting back to him like hey motherf**ker I don’t like them words ur saying.”

‘The Gorilla’ continued, “Grow the f**k up everyone it’s his job. On a side note shut the f**k up DC you fat f**k. And Chael u better roast me on ur podcast harder than you’ve ever roasted anyone in ur life. On another side note aswell let’s not forget that fat potato DC won 2 belts in 2 different categories, he’s an all-time great and it’s some achievement. Jones is still the (GOAT emoji) though… even after all the f**k ups and what not Jones can’t be touched, but neither can potato DC.”
